Shopping And Baking

Shopping ~ Friday
spent Friday afternoon with Stef, her Mum & Sasha & her girls. we met up at Plaza Singapura to shop at MWL & Daiso. Yati came a little later but couldn't join us to Textile Centre. she wants to get more SB stuff from Art Fren & Creative Hands..hehe. i guess we just can't get enough of SB goodies ;)

Sasha drove us to Textile Centre and Thankfully i know the way there! no mistakes and we went to the car park and ate our burgers & fries in the car...*ssshhhh* ;) went to a few shops and managed to get some pretty laces, buttons and ribbons. oh! managed to get some nice blings and also Swarovski crystal blings! although they are pretty dear but they're pretty :)

after about 2 hours there, the little ones were getting restless and tired. we dropped Stef & her Mum off at the hotel and Thanks Sasha for going another round for me to get murtabak for my son's dinner. *it was yummy* we wanted to get some more blings from this shop but decided we'll go another day. perhaps after Eid when the festive season is less festive and when there's some spare cash in our purses..hehe. Thanks Sasha for driving me and kids home!

Baking Saturday
my plan was to bake cookies, cake and cupcakes by today. ahh...my Mum called to say that one bling dropped from the altered door hanger i made and had to go down and get it glued down...permanently! :D after that was done, chit chatted for awhile and as usual, she had some dishes for me to bring home. got home, started baking immediately!

managed to get Mum's Careless cookie recipe done.

will probably get mocha chocolate chips cupcake done later this evening ;)

still miffed that i can't access to about.com! :( waiting for Dary to come and help with whatever faults there is with the computer. can't even access from my MacBook. *sigh* patience...patience.
