Weak But Not Defeated!

yikes...it totally sucks being sick! :( i've got a terrible sore throat, slight fever along with headache and i just want to lay down and sleep!!! well, at least Little Anis is napping and i have some peace time to myself :) and the rest are in school and hopefully Aysha & Muesa will be doing alright for their Math exam papers today.

Sunday
it was fun having everyone over at my place on Sunday. will have to upload pictures soon. also glad Dary came to fix the computer but..but..i'm still trying to get used to the new format! the screen is huge and i've tried re~sizing but to no avail. ah well...nevermind. will have to get used to it and be happy with what's been done. as long as i have access and blab here..hehehe :D

Halloween
it's Halloween today! nope, we don't celebrate it and i think we've had enough of candies and sodas and cookies. i am strictly on a water diet. saw the Doctor yesterday who didn't say much about my being ill but wants me to rest more. but still went to visit Sasha's place and had some of Nidhi's yummy birthday cake :) since it's Halloween, the ghouls have "attacked" my vacuum cleaner! hehe...there was an electrical blitz and now it's not working. and vacuuming is one thing i have to do daily! urgh! boiled some rice to make porridge for myself and it burnt...really burnt rice! what a day for all of these to happen!

it's clear that i'm feeling slightly better but still headachy. have to miss the MWL outing with the girls today. i have to be well by next week though. don't want to miss the crop meet there.

i haven't scrapped for more than a week but had to, had to do the just one for Week 3 Challenge at ScrapLove. Thankfully for my MacBook, got it plugged to the printer and after reading and following instructions, it went well for me. i was still in time to upload the layout there and made it to the next round! yayy! :D
