i live, i breathe and i get Super Cranky with my little ones just like any Mum would. and of course, their health is Number One on my list and i always pray daily that they are always in the pinkest of health.
brought Anis for his flu jab today. he looks awfully cute yet that sad look a little kid has when the night before he fell flat on his face!!! poor Baby cried and kept saying *pain pain*... this morning, his lips were swollen and his Paediatrician assured me it'll go down.
funny how i've raised 3 kids before him yet the feeling of being worried and hoping he'll recover quickly is always on my mind. that's Motherhood for you :)
love it, loathe it, but i will love it even more. i always do. my kids are a reflection of me, how i raise them and moulding them into loving individuals, i hope. the patience my friends keep telling me that i have with them, it's a natural thing. for me somehow. i don't see the point being negative towards my kids. just don't see it. i scold, i get mad but i don't relish in such negativity often. i'd just go beserk! and they'd see me as a Mad Umie! hehe...

Ed you are so right about negativity ! Pyschologists say depressed mothers will bring up anxious and insecure kids. On the other hand a mother who(by example) strives to be happy where she is no matter what, be positive no matter the challenges she faces, teaches the kids lessons in resilience and hope.
