Great News

i'm very happy upon receiving this letter and Aysha will be awarded the Edusave Scholarship Award which is presented by the Ministry of Education. this isn't her first time and we're truly Proud of her achievements :) the ceremony will be held on Saturday and she's excited as we are for her.

had a lovely Thursday spent with friends. caught up with the Cropping Housewives you met earlier in my blog post and also Georgina and Kristy..hehe we did our shopping @ Laine's and had a good lunch and so happy to get back my lens from Sony :) it went berserk while in Bangkok and Thankfully it's still under warranty so there were no charges! Yippee!!!

tis the season to be jolly and the atmosphere is pretty cheery and it's nice. the weather has been sunny and warm. @ night it's pretty cool and breezy...just perfect what nature has for us :) how are you spending the last weeks of 2008?

Ron wants to take our kids for a short getaway and we're probably going to Balik Kampong (go back to the village) on an island in Indonesia. my Dad has a home there and i can visit my adopted Little Sister :) it won't be a luxury holiday as there will be no air~conditioning and no water heater...brrrrr!!! but definitely a good experience especially for our kids so they know what life is like in the Kampong :)

but before all that happens, i'm looking forward to our Virtual Groovie Online Crop happening Friday and Saturday! Michelle will be kicking off the crop and there's lots of cool and Groovie RAKs to be won :D come join in if you're not doing anything Friday after 1pm ;)

Thanks for popping in and leaving warm wishes. i wish Everyone well and Blessings in your Everyday Moments :) ***Happy Holidays!***

Congrats to Aysha! What a super all around child!!

I love the LO and the card. They are great.

I think your trip to visit your Dad sounds wonderful and I think you are so right to teach your Children to appreciate what they have by experiencing what they do not.

Happy Holidays my far away friend!
Much LOVE!!
