so we have to make friends with someone and ask their permission to scrap one of their photos. i picked this precious one of Jules and she looks so gorgeous with that cheeky tongue~sticking~out smile of hers. :)
after printing out her photo, had to think of a title and what papers i should use. then circles came to mind! after about an hour, i came up with this.
