Clean Up and To The Big Park!

Thursday morning, lovely weather and got all Inspired to clean up my messy scrap area as i watched Oprah. she had Nate(cutie) and Peter(organise expert) on the show. it was all about being organised and how good it is to always be that way instead of being so cluttered and leaving things to a state where it never gets cleaned up! and so, here's a really neat space for Aysha, my scrap buddy :)
i sit on her left so my side is still in need of a clean up *wink* my stash is always pushed to her side so she gets unInspired to scrap. don't blame her...

so being all organised now, i managed to finish 2 Layouts this morning. *yippee* and since the weather outside was sunny and bright, i told my kids to get dressed for a day at the park. i made some lunch and Aysha packed some drinks and snacks for everyone. we then got ready and off to...

Soccer Game

Dark Skies
there was thunder and some drizzles...

but it didn't rain at all and we had a great time! kids had fun and we walked quite a distance at the gardens. took some shots of pretty flowers and some animals too. will put the rest of my almost 100 shots on slide soon and take a peek if you have time :) there's a Baby Alligator in there somewhere. i think it got lost... and i can't believe i went to take a close up shot of it!!! yikes!!!

wanted to take them to Jacob Ballas playground but it was on the other side of the park which will take a 30 minute walk and they weren't eager to do that. we came from Orchard Road so Bukit Timah is much further than where we came from. plus my kids wanted to play ball at the open field and that was much more fun for them than going to a playground. perhaps we'll get their Dad to bring them there. he's great company to bring to the Botanic Gardens since that's where he actually comes from...hehehe *wink*

long story short, Great Day with kids, had fun with my camera and hoping to learn more on how to use it with all the functions unbeknownst to moi! :D we ended our day @ Suntec City for some air~conditioning and Slurpee!!! hope your day was great too. *hugs*
