Us Having Fun

it's July already!!! how are you doing?

this month, Kristy has a challenge for us @ {Create} Make It Happen to come up with a layout using Tropical colours or with a Tropical feel :)
here's my take and hope you'll come join in the fun!

Wednesday Morning, 6.50am

From Ed's Kitchen...
i made Nasi Lemak for lunch on Tuesday :)
Ron said next time no need to eat out..hehe
but it's my Mum's sambal ikan bilis(chilli paste) that gives it the Oompph! :D

crispy fried chicken..Yum!

Monday's Smashed Potatoes & Egg Salad
delish but filled with calories!!!
but they're a hit with the kids :)

hope everyone's doing well. 1st July started pretty well for us and Ron's busy packing for his trip to London. maybe in a few years i'll join him on all his trips ;) he's tidying up some projects here before he leaves. that means i'll be flying solo @ home with our kids :) God Willing all will go well.

looking forward to seeing Cousins Zaly and Stef coming in from Australia. it'll be a fun month and i'm sure we'll be going out plenty! or maybe hang out @ my place more :D

some Girlfriends might be having a Girls' Night out...Fish Head Curry dinner and maybe go clubbing. NOT! hehe... clubbing days are so over for me but just hang out, chit chat and enjoy each other's company :)

Thanks for coming by and saying HI :)
Have a Fabulous July! Take Care.

I LOVE that layout!!! Just gorgeous!!!!!

I tried Indian food for the first time ever today, and I know that's not exactly where you are...but a lot of it actually made me think of the food I see here on your blog. Lots of curry. We just LOVED it. Yummmy!

I just came across your blog via Hanneke's blog. What a nice and colorful layout! And that food....yummy! My dad was born in Surabaya (his parents are Dutch and emigrated to Indonesia in the late 30's), so I am familiar with Indonesian food and I love it!
