Lunch
i've always loved eating Lauk Lemak, Coconut Milk Gravy dish. so today i decided to try making Lauk Lemak Paru. Paru is...kidney from beef??? eeks...i'm not so sure. but it's meat.

once cooked, added cabbage & beancurd tofu.
this goes great with hot rice! and errr...it's Yummy! Yayy! :D
i'm enjoying some ME time @ the moment :) house is quiet with the kids away in school. it's Friday, weekend is here and wishing Everyone a Wonderful Weekend and Enjoy!!!
