Let's Go Shopping

Bangkok, Day 2
we arrived in Bangkok late Thursday afternoon and after checking in and settling in a little, we went out right away! that first night we headed out to Silom somewhere along PatPong. very famous location for some "Hot" shows..hehehe there's also a night market there with lots of great stuffs on sale :)

Friday morning we went here...

MBK Center

MBK Center, also known as Mahboonkrong or Mabunkrong (Thai: มาบุญครอง), is an enormous marble shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand. At eight stories high and 330 metres long, with 2,500 shops using a total selling area of 89,000 square metres. This shopping mall used to be one of the biggest malls in Asia, when it first founded in 1985. It is particularly well known for its many vendors of mobile phones and other electronics, as well as furniture stores.

you can find almost everything here!

taking a break

we took a stroll and found ourselves @ Siam Paragon.
the Christmas decor is Wonderful! and so was the weather!
it was quite sunny and a little chilly :)

we were amazed by this Gorgeous Vertical Garden!

if needed, shuttle service is available ;)

lunch @ the Food Court with our fave PadThai

and my must have, TomYum!

i was so Happy to find this!!!
because i can have

my fave Mocha Frappe :D

we went to discover more...

Siam Center is just next door and you can find more shopping there ;)

traffic in Bangkok can be frustrating @ times...

TukTuk is one way of travelling but taking a cab is definitely less expensive and make sure you ask for the meter to be turned on ;)

today we decided to take the MRT.
make sure you know where you're going ;)

Ron bought me this. i Love it! :)
